    Thanks… Which steps you followed to get the shortcodes.
 * I was really unable to understand why this plugin has been created if user can
   not access any of the plugin features.
    Finally I switched to another plugin 
   and written all the formulas which I required to create health calculators.

 * How do I embed the calculator through plugin if all options *inside* the plugin
   are greyed out? I just need to use this plugin instead of embedding the code 
   from your website.
 * I just thought at least few features of this plugin are free .
