In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] Redirect is not workingOkay. So there seems to be no clear path to a solution for this. Redirect is important for both user experience and a page to trigger tracking/audience build. I will likely switch forms to Typeform as their redirect works on our site and it integrates with Salesforce.

In reply to: [Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce] Redirect is not workingThe full redirect URL is in the Return/Thanks URL field. As the sample below the field shows.
In the Brilliant Web-to-Lead Settings tab, I don’t see anything there that would relate to this redirect field.
There is a message in the Success Message field. I tested both with and without a success message there, thinking if we fill in that field, does it over-ride the Return/Thanks URL. But even when the Success Message field is blank, the form does not redirect.
So having followed the directions, I would think this would work.
Meanwhile, I’ll try creating a web-to-lead form directly from Salesforce and test that.
I see you have a paid support option, what additional support would that provide? Would that support take the steps to analyze and solve the issue for us? It wasn’t completely clear and we’re asked to submit a credit card before knowing this.

In reply to: [Breadcrumb NavXT] Suppress Breadcrumbs on Category PagesI am sorry @tapiohuuhaa, I do not know a lot about code, but if there are clear instructions, I can definitely follow what to do. I am not understanding your suggestion. Where do I put this?
Thank you for the advice! We will try this.
Great, thank you, I will try this!
Quick update – the problem in the breadcrumb no longer shows at the link above. I could not leave it in there with visitors on our blog. So I hid the blog breadcrumb.
But the question remains the same – the plugin automatically links to /blog-old with no option that I can find to change this, and I want the breadcrumb to point to /blog.

In reply to: [Starbox - the Author Box for Humans] Deleted plugin; author box still thereThank you Calin. The site is in staging right now and we’re having problems giving access to additional users. I’ll follow-up next week to fix this after the pages are public. Thanks!
Thank you, I was able to get back in to the site. The InstantWP directory was still there. Whew! I did have to reinstall a new version of InstantWP, because as an application it wasn’t working, then found instructions online to delete a file (forget which one now) and then I was able to use the reinstalled InstantWP with the directory from the original install. Hope that makes sense. We’re off and running with the new site, it should go live tomorrow. Yay, I love this InstantWP.
