 * Sorry I can’t give you access to my website. But, this problem does not worry
   me very much.
 * Maybe the reason is the Russian language of WP installation….

 * i switched off all plugins, but problem still remains. WP 3.9.8
 * Ok, for me its not a problem, on last version of WP there is no such problem.
 * Now i have 2 problems:
    1-“Start survey date” and “end survey date” fields. Their
   values are “гг/мм/дд”. I cannot fill these fields with date. 2-in Russian locale
   i still see message “You already have participated in this poll” (in english).
   In russian it must be “Вы уже участвовали в этом опросе”

 * PS.This problem solved by installing last version of WP (my version was 3.9).
 * But there is another problem – look at the “Start survey date” and “end survey
   date” fields. Their values are “гг/мм/дд”. I cannot fill these fields with date.
