 * Thanks for your reply, however no that’s not what I mean about the cache. I do
   not have any caching plugin. I just meant that after I changed the blocker to
   block my own country in the front end, I cleared my IE11 browser cache just in
   case the reason I could still see the front end of the site was due to the site
   being cached automatically by my browser.
