If it goes away, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here. * You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one. * If it’s still not working after disabling the plugins, it may be the theme. * Would you please switch to one of the default themes to see if that fixes it? * If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance. * Let me know if you have any questions.
