 * I did see that, but only see differences when this plugin is either disabled 
   or modified. I’ll try and get these js issues figured out and report back. Thank
   you.

 * If I disable it then both public and logged in users won’t load.

 * It’s currently disabled and cache is clear. Still just getting preloader image
   to public.
