I can confirm that no CSS or JS optimisations have been enabled and LazyLoad is also disabled. * When I switch Debug mode on, RevSlider loads fine, once Debug mode is off, I see the same issue. It makes clear reference that by enabling object caching on wp-admin, you run the risk of serving expired data.
