Firstly, I repaired the table in phpmyadmin in case there was an issue with the the table. Next I checked PHP versions and found that source site was 8.1 and destination site was 8.2. It prompted them to delve deeper and fix the issue. The response when I enquired what they had done to fix it was “I added the absolute path for ghost script under the advanced setting and then I also had to enabled exec for PHP-FPM, which is needed for Ghost Script to function.” Just wanted to let you know the outcome and thank you again for your help.
