 * Thanks for that. It gave me a clue. Found the issue was nothing to do with the
   plugin as you said. It was an auto responder, replying to a bounced email warning
   from mailer-daemon! The mailer-daemon replied with the error message saying the
   auto response wasn’t accepted which got auto responded to… and so it went on!
   Now turned the auto response off while trying to construct a rule that auto responds
   to all except the mailer-daemon’s messages. Another story…
 * Thanks for the reply. It helped.

 * Redirect box = logout url in settings
    Google = just to try a random URL to head
   for */wp in that sentence = didn’t matter if [http://www.nhyc.org/wp](http://www.nhyc.org/wp)
   or [http://nhyc.org.uk/wp](http://nhyc.org.uk/wp)
 * In essence: no matter what I put in the logout url in site settings,even if it’s
   left blank, I get a 404 error in the browser and the url in the search bar always
   = nhyc.org.uk/wp regardless.

 * Thanks for the reply:
 * Hmm.
    Something isn’t right. If I put nothing in the redirect box, I still get
   a 404 error: the ‘exit’ url in the browser is always nhyc.org.uk/wp
 * I tried [http://www.google.com](http://www.google.com) – got a 404 error and
   the browser url was nhyc.org.uk/wp/http://www.google.com
 * FYI nhyc.org.uk or [http://nhyc.org.uk](http://nhyc.org.uk) in a browser takes
   one to home page as expected whereas */wp gives a 404 error. The domain is pointed
   at public_html/ the site lives in public_html/wp browsers are directed from the
   root dir by .htaccess rewrite mod if I understand correctly. Does this help?

 * Me too.
 * I’d like to be able to restrict pages based on role. Is this possible for this
   plug-in?
 * Or perhaps consider this a feature request?
