 * I don’t understand how I can do all this when I can’t log onto my website , it
   recommends doing a back up before I start .
    And if I do a backup won’t the malware
   be a part of that

 * I have talked with my host and they have informed me that my site has been attacked
   by Malware . What do you suggest from this point

 * I am still unable to figure is out , and because of this issue I am losing business.
