    Same problem here with CSS totally broken. I haven’t run W3TC for
   a couple of months because of the issue.
 * I’m looking forward to running the earlier fixes up the flag pole to see how 
   it works.

 * There are some fairly good tutorials on Lynda.com using DreamWeaver CS5. Unfortunately,
   WP 3.1.2 doesn’t work with CS5. I’m searching trying to find some work around
   with DreamWeaver. Earlier versions of WP do work within CS5.
