 * Meteor, I got it from ThemeForest. It has been working exemplary (www.realestatemhk.
   com is the site) to date, but now all of the sudden that particular tab has stopped
   functioning correctly.

 * Oh, I didn’t realize that. It is part of my theme then, as I have uninstalled
   all plugins in attempt to fix this problem. Essentially I can make a layout template
   that I can assign to pages in my site.

 * On the left navigation, there is a “Layouts” tab/option right below my theme’s
   settings tab, and right above “Colors” tab.
