I did have word fence however I deleted all files from the server. I am in contact with the hosts, they seem to think no caching is taking place on the server.
I Haven’t tried disabling the plugins yet that will be my next port of call tonight.
I use woothemes canvas theme so I make changes to design directly in the admin panel, but it also affects the pages i.e. when I updating wording it delays the same.
I will try it now and let you know
I haven’t actually tried yet. I didnt want to risk loosing my pages and theme settings. Its already taken me a month to get the site to where its is.
I am using the latest wordpress version
