 * Update, my web hosting company was able to help me out an the site seems to be
   back up and running.

 * Hi Tuham, thank you for your response,
 * In order to do the SSL integration I followed the instructions in this link (
   [https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/))
   and it all seemed to go fine, downloaded the plugin and then click on the box
   to reload the website using http instead of https, which is when it all failed.
   I;m thinking that it could be that I hadn’t created the SSL correctly, but now
   not only I can access my website, I can’t even access the editor to turn it back
   to http. I’m lost, do you have any ideas?

 * Hi Samuel, thank you for your response, and again apologies for my ignorance.
   I can still access my hosting service (cDmon), and it doesn’t seem to be an issue
   on their side, but I am opening a ticket with them to check, just in case. However,
   I used to be able to login (using login.wordpress.org) and now it cant even find
   my email address, that’s what is confusing me, or at least one of the many things.
