 * More likely you are stretching your server CPU, try giving your host company
   a call, you may have to upgrade. I had the same issue

 * You need to access your site via ftp, go to /var/www and there will be your htaccess
   file. You need to replace with basic htaccess settings, making w3 total cache
   settings redundant and your site will come alive again. Use basic (single site)
   or multisite settings:

 * I think they are saved in the “wp_options” database table under option name “
   mw_adminimize”. There are copies of wp_options tables for each subsite like;
   wp_2_options, wp_3_options etc. But all these wp_Number_options records have
   uninstall directions rather than containing Adminimize settings.
 * Therefore I don’t know why when the site is copied with New Blog Template it
   doesn’t maintain the link to this Adminimize database table “wp_options” and
   the record “mw_adminimize”. When I clone the site using the plugin Blog Copier
   it does keep the adminimize settings ( or maybe a reference link to the record
   wp_options), so I have no idea what to do to get Adminimize settings to copy
   over.

 * Same here. You don’t need both. Adminimize does the lot. Add roles using “User
   role editor” plugin.

 * Okay. I worked it out.
    1. Click on SMTP Authentication “No” option Save 2. Click
   on SMTP Authentication “Yes” option Save Test and if this doesn’t work try clearing
   cache and trying again. It worked for me

 * Same problem here. It does say compatible up to WordPress version 3.92, so I
   guess the change in 4.0 is causing this error

 * After much fussing I found the solution that may work for you. If you have Multisite
   and you access the site where TML is active. It doesn’t matter if your Super
   Admin, your changes to TML will not effect your settings unless you add yourself
   as Administrator.
 * Although you are SuperAdmin the disable TML for Administrator won’t work unless
   you follow these steps
 * Add User: Add your own SuperUser username as Administrator
    Now disable TML for
   administrator and it works; you will need see the TML page if wanting to edit
   your profile
 * Hope it helps others

 * Yes it was, thanks for the fix
 * [Resolved: see Brian Richards comment:](https://github.com/opencredit/badgeos/issues/162#issuecomment-30935469)
 * You can wipe out all of the data that the BadgeStack add-on introduced by doing
   the following:
    1. Go to BadgeOS > Levels, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
   2. Go to BadgeOS > Quests, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete 3. Go to BadgeOS
   > Community Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete 4. Go to BadgeOS > Quest
   Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete 5. Go to BadgeOS > Achievement Types,
   select Level, Quest, Community Badge and Quest Badge, Bulk Actions > Delete
 * Thanks Brian

 * I have a similar setup but it might be linked. Found out it was a previous install
   of Badgestack that was causing the issue. Even after deleting this plugin the
   damage is still done: (plugin issue here: [https://github.com/opencredit/BadgeOS-BadgeStack-Add-on/issues/1](https://github.com/opencredit/BadgeOS-BadgeStack-Add-on/issues/1)).
   The continued error continues while BadgeOS is active (Error goes away when deactivated
   BadgeOS), yet BadgeOS and PMPRO worked fine in my clean install, so I know it’s
   definately BadgeStack that has caused this error. Just thought it was worth a
   heads up incase this BadgeStack is related, sorry if it’s not.
