Actually, the following change might work better (to version 3.2 of this plugin):

Had this same problem with ScribeFire 1.4.7. and WordPress 2.3.3. I uninstalled SF and reinstalled an older version, 1.4.2 and it seems to work fine now. Heres a link for the version that worked for me: http://www.brothersoft.com/scribefire-download-64941.html
