Thanks Steve, all fixed. It was duplicating the tax in PayPal and WooCommerce. Now removed from PayPal and everything is working.
No plugin’s @sterndata , just WooCommerce

Thanks Lisa (@contentiskey), I’ll try that and see how I get on. No access to the webhosting account though.. Can’t make a back up as no way of logging in or accessing the web hosting. Unless you can advise with that?
