You can test it, but PDF file wasn’t sent with newest version either. * Forum: [Plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks/) In reply to: [[PDF Builder for WPForms] PDF does not seem to be attached to the form’s email](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/) * Thread Starter [datasky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/datasky/) * (@datasky) * [7 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/#post-11458929) * Edgar, * Yes, I do have the latest version of both plugins (WPForms got update just today). * Maybe this issue could occur because I’m sending same notification to several mails? One for client, another for my own inbox?. * I think I found you on SLACK platform on WordPress room. I wrote you a PM there. * We can arrange a remote session to check out the behavior. * Thank you * Forum: [Plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks/) In reply to: [[PDF Builder for WPForms] PDF does not seem to be attached to the form’s email](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/) * Thread Starter [datasky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/datasky/) * (@datasky) * [7 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/#post-11454650) * It’s free version – WPLite. * Forum: [Plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks/) In reply to: [[PDF Builder for WPForms] PDF does not seem to be attached to the form’s email](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/) * Thread Starter [datasky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/datasky/) * (@datasky) * [7 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pdf-does-not-seem-to-be-attached-to-the-forms-email/#post-11454306) * Hello Edgar, * Yes, I had already created a template. * By the way, how does it work when you have multiple templates? Does it all get sent with email? * Thank you for answers. * Forum: [Plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks/) In reply to: [[PDF Builder for WPForms] Unable to find form](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-find-form/) * Thread Starter [datasky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/datasky/) * (@datasky) * [7 years, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-find-form/#post-11394950) * Re-activation of plugin did not work. * I had tested a few scenarios and found a workaround: I had to duplicate the form, afterwards the new copy and the original one appeared in the drop-down list. Possibly a cache issue. * (Used Google Chrome) * Thank you. * Forum: [Plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/forum/plugins-and-hacks/) In reply to: [[PDF Builder for WPForms] Not working](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-working-2890/) * Thread Starter [datasky](https://wordpress.org/support/users/datasky/) * (@datasky) * [7 years, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-working-2890/#post-11391538) * Hello Edgar, * Thank you for responding so fast. * It’s Internet Explorer, I’m exclusively using it for working with WordPress. * Also thank you for pointing this out, as I just tested and the menu is working fine on Chrome. Interesting. Viewing 8 replies - 1 through 8 (of 8 total)
