In my case, it shows the grey screen with the message “There has been a critical error on this website.” If I refresh the page, it goes to the homepage. * I have not deleted the WP admin user who created the key. * Another doubt: Can it be due to the custom login URL I am using on my site? The problem was with the “Secure Copy Content Protection and Content Locking” plugin. They resolved the issue as other users were also having similar problems. But the troubleshooting mode doesn’t work well for the WP admin area. When User Registration was only enabled for troubleshooting, the problem disappeared. But when I tried to enable the other plugins one by one, most of them couldn’t be enabled. * As far as I can recall, the problem started after updating to WP 6.2. I inspected the item in the preview window, gave the element the box-shadow property, and it came in the preview. But when I added the same box-shadow property for the element class in the Custom CSS area, it didn’t work. Not even in the preview, even after saving/publishing the changes. * Seems like the CSS declarations in the Custom CSS area are NOT being applied to the email template. No success. Incognito mode also not successful. * In Firefox, a new blank window is being opened when clicking on “Print”. * Printing is the easier way for users to get the backup codes. No copying and pasting needed. So bit frustrated… * Hope you can sort it out soon.
