 * actually they should be mixed as we would like them to appear – but if that is
   not possible, then custom order statuses should appear first 🙂

 * Hi – I’m investigating this again, since it could be an interfering plugin – 
   it works “normal” as it should for pages and posts. Have to test it for orders
   and will get back. Thanks anyways.

 * This brings “Processing” to the end of the dropdown bulk list, but how can I 
   bringe other statuses to top?
