 * Thank you. All my content was in fact on the database. I saved a back up for 
   safety but I simply downloaded the new version of WP and overwrote all the files
   using my FTP app… I use FileZilla.. It took a few minutes but everything works
   great now. Thank you again…

 * I have the same error… different line. my computer crashed during the update.
 * If I load the wp files manually through the FTP application, will I lose my content
   and membership data?
 * I’m using membermouse for my content and membership billing.
