 * When i used PS extension – i noticed, that shipping ways have the same order 
   as they posts in dashboard. So, you can try to delete Next day and create it 
   again, it will be at the top.

 * Thanks. Tell me, how long will it take to solve my problem with orders based 
   only on Name and Email fields?

 * I’ve written letters through the contact form on Jigoshop site. But have no answer.
 * I want all the rules works for all orders, without checking state codes, countries
   and so on. This is because I use Custom checkout fields plug in and i have only
   Name and Email fields. Without fields Country or Postal Code – all Prem.shipping
   rules don’t work (they are invisible).

 * For 1 and 2 – but i changed the words for other terms using plugin file editing.
   I use (by the way) Russian language. I’ve renamed Out of stock and In stock terms
   on the product page (….product.php), but i don’t understand what php file is 
   responsible for Out of stock phrase on main shop page, where the file responsible
   for cart widget (button names).
 * 3. How much will it cost to develop an update?
