 * interesting but not completely surprising discovery: the white-on-white is not
   happening in the editor for WooCommerce products. (It is happening on posts and
   pages)

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve tried a few different solutions and troubleshooting and have come up blank.
   Primarily I tried a few different custom CSS solutions involving .editor-styles-
   wrapper, but I think that something else is overwriting it even with !important,
   or I’m simply not putting in the correct code to address the issue. It’s a needle
   in a haystack.
 * Given that no one else seems to be having this issue, I have to believe that
   the culprit is not within the theme itself but is because of a plugin. Although
   i’ve done the work of disabling all plugins and it hasn’t changed the white-on-
   white in the block editor, I’m inclined to try again and/or eliminate some plugins
   entirely to see if that helps. I’m skeptical, but i’m not sure what else to do
   here other than moving my site to a different theme, which I’d rather not do
   because I’m very happy with Sydney otherwise.
 * I’ll report back. If you have any further insights, I’d appreciate it.

 * ah gotcha. that’ll work. Thanks so much!
 * EDIT: Hmm… that doesn’t seem to have worked actually, but let me troubleshoot
   it a bit more over the weekend and see if I can sort it out. I’ll report back
   here if I still can’t figure it out. Thanks!

 * Hi there [@nodarik](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nodarik/) ,
 * I’ll try to see what happens with that child theme, thanks.
 * I actually tried to register for the colorlib forums and never received the second
   email with an authorization key so I couldn’t create my account. nothing in my
   spam folder either. If the child theme doesn’t end up working, ‘ll try to register
   again; if i still encounter difficulties, i’ll see if i can drop a support email
   to someone somewhere.
 * Thanks!
