 * No, they don’t James.
 * From memory to add something or delete it from the visible navigation buttons(
   if that’s the right term) I think I used to go to Appearance and then to Customize.
   That looks completely different now.

 * Esme, Hostgator went above and beyond the call of duty and went into my WP back
   office to see what was going on. THe problem was I had not put set the quota 
   for the site high enough so there was no more room in there to do anything.

 * Sounds simple Esmi but for a complete novice are there any instructions on how
   to do that with screen shots anywhere.
 * I had a look at the link but couldn’t see anything there?
