 * Hello,
 * Thank you, unfortunately this hasn’t worked for me. I am seeing the same issue.
 * I am not on a VPS so I think you are correct in saying this may be a permissions
   issue.
    When I try to set 777 or 755 permissions through my FTP client I get 
   Response: 500 ‘SITE CHMOD 755 wp-content’: command not understood
 * I will speak to my host to see if that will resolve the issue.
 * It is odd as I have had it installed before with no issues.
