 * Addendum: Reloaded the actual page and the WordPress publisher, and things actually
appear to work. Also upgraded to 3.9.1.
 * This has happened to me before. What seems to happen is when I initially enter
WordPress, it crashes, delivering an database error message, along with links
to either repair or repair and optimize. The site itself goes down as well. Attempting
to repair and optimize the database yields the output above, but refreshing brings
back both WordPress publisher and the site.
