 * In my case I finally found that this was a problem created by the latest version
   of the WPML plugin. Disabling this plugin solves the problem.

 * Hi Gabriel,
 * I checked the “WP mail loggin” pluggin and the email is not created for the most
   recent orders. But it is created (and delivered) for older orders.
