I placed a test order (Order 1722) to see what you mean – that’s being added by your Graphene theme. You can remove it by using something like Simple Custom CSS: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/ and adding the following code:

.post .date {
    background: none;
}

This removes that background for the date.

I’m not sure what you mean by translated – are you using a different language file than the default? Any additional information would help, as my local install doesn’t seem to have changed.

There shouldn’t be a limit to the number of characters to something you added – the header may have a maximum but you would see that in the email templates. You could add any additional information underneath it.

To see the header code, you would want to look into the email-header.php. It could also be that emails or your provider maxes out the email title length – hopefully this gives you a starting point to kick off from. 🙂

You could double check your code to make sure it’s properly set up – alternatively, adding it through a plugin can keep it separate from Theme updates and could work for you.

The tax won’t calculate until the user enters an address. What you can do is set a default address or use geolocation in your General WooCommerce settings: http://cld.wthms.co/mXK7/1gvQUxs5

You’d need to modify the email template and add in a hook that pulls in the user’s details – not a quick snippet we can send over, unfortunately. You would likely end up using the woocommerce_email_customer_details_fields hook Jesse mentioned before, only in addition to the order details you would need to call customer information and display what user role that customer had.
