 * Ok, got it! Thank you very much for your help. Sorry for the late reply, got
caught up in a more tricky project that I’m working on.
   I already told my colleague
to inform the client, but it will probably be me who is going to do the fixing.
I think I understand whats wrong: basically, woocommerce has the payment page,
where clients finalize their orders. But then, instead of just going to the endpoint
order-received, it goes to a new whole page, and that is what I believe is breaking
the flow. It’s the only difference between this and the other multiple setups
I’ve made.Once again, thank you very much!

 * Got it! Removed :  “Added order-received to the pageType on the Edit page GTM
   kit box”
I had already tried the logging of purchase a couples of times but no,
no logs anywhere. I also try the other (btw, really useful) tools for debugging,
like the event inspector or the console log. Nothing. Tried checking the DL on
the console.log, only BC gets sentI’m going to ask the client for clarification
on the customization of the page, but probably yes. If that’s the case, what
steps should I take? I checked everywhere and everything seems to be well connected,
but again, I never had to do anything like this because the plugin works like
   wonders.
 * I’ve also noticed they don’t use the payment methods woocommerce suggests, but
don’t know if it’s relevant. The endpoint is the same.
 * Thank you so much for the support
