 * Yes, have backup.
    I think it is a problem with my host ? Host is godaddy and
   I tried to upgrade from the admin panel ( because it was telling me to upgrade
   and click on the link there) in retrospect I remember that go daddy sends a note
   to upgrade through their services when they are using it so maybe I upgraded 
   past the version go daddy is currently using or accepts? Just a theory. The godaddy
   people did say they only recommend you upgrade versions they use ( behind the
   curve a bit from what they called bleeding edge upgrades) so it seems possible.

 * Getting same message as Sims_VP did:
    _wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%
   2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2F Any way to fix this ? ( I’m a novice so please use 
   short easy to understand words ) THANKS !
