 * Hi Jamie,
 * I hope all’s well. I’m interested in the Frontend Submissions add-on; however,
   I’m not clear on what the annual fee is covering. Will you please clarify? After
   the first year is over, will I no longer have use of the plugin, or will I only
   lose access to help desk support? If I don’t renew, will I be able to have access
   to routine updates/releases?
