Sorry to hear about this. We have still checked your account and confirmed that only AUD is configured, which is why the payment option didn’t show up.
As a next step, we would still recommend getting in touch with your Worldline sales representative to discuss the possibility of enabling multiple currencies on your contract, if available, to make the best use of our plugin.

Our first assumption here is that you do not have any other currencies than AUD configured in your Worldline account.
To confirm this, could you please provide your PSPID?

We’ve inspected the checkout page and can see that the Worldline-related elements are present but not displayed as expected.
When reviewing the checkout setup, we observed indications that the active theme or theme-related checkout customization may be influencing how payment method elements are rendered or displayed. At this stage, we cannot identify any issue originating from the Worldline plugin itself.
We therefore recommend reviewing the theme’s checkout customization or temporarily switching to a default theme to confirm whether the payment method becomes visible.

The issue was related to the type of variable forwarded as an argument to the function for rendering Worldline details when legacy access for order data storage was chosen (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Order data storage) instead of HPOS.
Please update the plugin in your shop to the latest version and check if the issue is resolved.

Please note that we attempted to reproduce the reported issue in our local environment; however, we have spotted no issues when using plugin version 2.5.4. on WordPress 6.9 and WooCommerce 10.4.3.
Before we proceed with further investigation, could you provide the following:
- WooCommerce, WordPress, and the PHP version you are using
- Screenshots / Screen recordings of the issue would be beneficial
- The shop log file (generated by the Worldline plugin) in wordpress > wp-content > upload after Advanced logging option has been enabled in the plugin, and the issue has been reproduced again
- The Worldline plugin version you were updating from when attempting to upgrade to version 2.5.4
After we are provided with the additional details listed above, we will resume the investigation.

We can confirm that the Hosted Checkout Page is supported by the Worldline plugin.
The Hosted Checkout payment page will be present on your checkout after you have connected the plugin.
Once Hosted Checkout has been selected on the Checkout as the payment method (visible as Worldline Global Online Pay for WooCommerce in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments), after the customer moves forward, they will be redirected to the Hosted Checkout page with all payment methods available for the connected account.
In addition, you can offer payment methods separately and independently of the Hosted Checkout payment method by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.
This page will include the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Bank Transfer
- iDEAL
- EPS
- PayPal
- PostFinance
- Pay with Klarna
- Klarna – Pay Now
- Klarna – Bank Transfer
- Klarna – Direct Debit
- Klarna – Pay Later
- Klarna – Pay in 3
- Klarna – Pay Later (Bank Transfer)
- Klarna – Financing
- TWINT
- Meal Vouchers
- Cheque Vancances Connect)
