It wasnt to do with pages being locked down it simply was a few settings that I missed out in general options. Another thing to note is that the site is very similar to how it was before we re did it. So I can not see why the sudden change when we did not have these problems before. Resources do seem to be exhausted yet I simply can not pin point why. * Tried the P3 plug in yet we cant seem to be able to get any results. New theme, new host etc. Not ideal but too many things have been messed around with. I have a feeling the person who was originally working on it caused more damage than help.
