 * I think, it solved. The most likely reason- problems with PHP mail of my host.
   Now I just installed WP Mail SMTP, its working with UM.

 * Version 2.0.43 After conflict test, it still doesnt work. And i noticed, that
   its problem with all other auto email notifications to members in UM. I can save
   form of emails, only if delete all text and code in it, but it is not sent.
