You can add the page ID(s) in the “Excluded Post/ Page IDs” settings field on the “General” page of the CryptX settings. It’s a comma-separated list if you want to include multiple IDs. I also use CryptX on my own sites, which also use the Divi theme, but so far without any issues. Did the error email give you any more specific information about the cause? At the “problem” list (top) you have the ‘mailto’-link oh the list element. And on the other “ correct” list, you added only the mail as plain text not as a link. So, on the second cryptx could add the mailto correct without changing the elementor html structure. * **If I think about it, you should try to remove the mailto-link on the top list item, to solve your problem.
