 * installing moesia child theme some how solved the problem. the photo field appears
   at the very bottom of add new employee tab…
    when I move back to “old” theme 
   photo field reappeared. strange glitch.

 * Thanks for quick answer.
 * I don’t have field for employee photo as show on the screenshot.
    I see featured
   photo though, in its “normal” position.
 * I didn’t change any Types; I didn’t change any code in widgets.
    I added some
   lines in style.css but it shouldn’t have any impact on employee tab. Any idea?
 * The only thing I can think of now is to re-install the theme.

 * The same problem here.
    There is no field for the photo of the employee.
 * Next to employee position field I have featured image field. But even if i set
   featured image it is not showed on website.
