 * As there’s a resolved flag on this but no resolution, I thought I’d thrown my
   2 cents in. I had this same problem in a fresh install. It turned out that when
   I was uploading the files through FTP, the images used on the buttons were not
   uploaded.
 * I went to the updates page and reinstalled WordPress, and everything is now fine.

 * I also have this issue.
 * I thought that maybe it’s something to do with sorting the teams by league position
   rather than alphabetically in the combo-box e.g. when setting up a new match.
   I’m sure I changed an option somewhere to sort this way but I can’t find where.
 * This issue renders Leaguemanager useless at the moment 🙁
