 * (Alternatively, if I can change the uploaded file’s name to something that attaches
logically to the form, like “Entry14.x”, I can deduce the URL from the logical
filename, but I’m struggling to find the right hook parameters for that, as well.
I’ve managed to change the uploaded files’ Title, but not the actual filename.)

 * Yes, there’s a conflict somewhere. Haven’t isolated where the specific conflict
is, but when I activate Responsive Menu on a freshly created site, the admin
   menu does come up.

 * I am having the same trouble. Are you using it in a Multi-Site (WP Network) environment?
I am, and I’m wondering if it’s not compatible. Bummer, if that’s the case.

 * It takes a little manual configuring, but yes, you can manipulate access and
capabilities throughout all your Network sites from one place. You have to establish
one site as the default from which settings propagate, and then you can send
everything from that site’s access configuration to all other sites, or you can
   pick and choose.
 * Take a look at the Multisite Support section of the ConfigPress PDF in /advanced-
   access-manager/docs/
