What I think may have caused it was the user created a revision copy, then created another copy of that same revision. When that revision was sent to me as part of the workflow, the plugin didn’t see to merge it with the live page. Can you tell if the row freeze on the header is working on your end? Could the rowspans be the reason that I can’t see the freeze working? That seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you! I ran a test on my employer’s WiFi, outside connection, and multiple browsers. Now I’m only finding that IE 11 is the non-responsive one.
