Wondering if there was ever a solution found for this problem? I am running into the same issue now that we have configured multisite.

CFDB does not appear to be working with the latest version of Gravity Forms. All the fields in the table are indeed empty except for submitted time, submitted from and submitted login.
It definitely used to work with previous versions of GF.
Same as the described issue above.
