Render Blocking Js was the culprit. I was busy with different websites. I tried the plugin in a testdatabese with the latest version wp 4.6.1 and the plugin 2.3.1. Now it works perfect. Also in the metaslider. Every page and post was from good to ok or bad. I tried in a test environment the beta version 3.1-RC3of Yoast. The same problems. * But i found out that removing
at the start of the page.
or Changed text from center to left fixed also the problem.
