What’s happening is that the process to calculate the file/folder sizes is killed by the server before it can complete. * Broadly speaking it’s a tough problem to solve. The file size calculation process isn’t essential for backups. You can still perform backups normally. You can force-restart the process by deactivating/reactivating the plugin. * Cheers! In a future version of BackUpWordPress we should hide this error. * What’s happening is that BackUpWordPress tries to use the Unix ZIP command to create a backup of your site. In your case, it’s found that you have the ZIP command available, and so it tries to use it, but your web server has disabled it’s use. * BackUpWordPress will simply fallback to a PHP Library to create a backup of your site, so it’s likely backups are still being created despite the error. * Cheers!
