 * hello hotadsqueenstown, trial is short – that’s true but it seems enough to test
   all the Prestige features. You can always ask us to extend your trial (we get
   such requests on a daily basis). We also recently introduced a freemium plan
   which is free forever. Can you reconsider changing your rating if we provide
   you with 30 extra days to test the Prestige plan for free?

 * Hi again kalimanmx,
 * We’ve just rolled out a free plan for our solution after receiving a lot of feedback
   on the subject from WordPress users. I know this is a long shot but we’re worried
   new users might get confused if they see the review. Is there any way we could
   ask you to change it? (not asking for 5 stars but just to reflect the fact that
   we now have a free plan).
 * Thanks in advance and we’d be more than happy to follow through on our previous
   offer and give you 6 months on our prestige care for free. You can reach out
   to us at [support@customericare.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/customericare/replies/support@customericare.com?output_format=md)

 * Hi Kalimanmx,
 * Thanks for pointing this out, we totally missed it. We’ve added the trial time
   and price into the description. It’s $12 monthly for the full service and we
   occasionally launch promotions for WordPress users so stay tuned! 🙂
 * By the way – as a token of appreciation for helping us with this please contact
   us at our site (customericare.com) and we’ll get you 6 months of service free
   of charge! 🙂

 * Hi there,
 * there is a front end demo (well, real thing) at customericare.com.
 * You can sign up and test the software, too!
 * – You can Limit your chats to Melbourne only. You may want to chat with us on
   our website or show this to your IT folks, because it will require a little implementation
   trick.
 * 1) Get a trial licence, obviously.
    2) Do not implement the WordPress Plugin
   as you would normally do. Instead, log on to your trial licence, go to Settings,
   Install Plugin, grab that piece of code. Implement it inside your footer.php
   file (can be found in Appearance > Editor) 3) On top of that code, copy this
   little bit:
 * <div class=”ao_plugin” data-hide_plugin=”true”>
 * 4) Now save your files. The chat is installed.
 * 5) Go to your trial licence, pick Settings > Triggers. Create a new Rule. Make
   it look like this: [http://screencast.com/t/RpCppPZUW](http://screencast.com/t/RpCppPZUW)
 * You’re done. The chat will pop up only for visitors from Melbourne 🙂
 * Ah, and about the Night Owl thing – after you close your computer when the sun
   comes up (or close your browser) the chat will go offline and won’t ask people
   to chat when you’re not around. It’s automatic! 🙂

 * Hi there!
 * The plugin installs CustomerICare on all pages. You can use it on one page only
   though through a simple tweak.
 * 1) Go to your /wp-admin, scroll down your plugin list and Deactivate (yes, deactivate)
   the CustomerICare plugin
 * 2) Go to your app.customericare.com and hit Settings, then Install Plugin.
 * 3) Copy that bit of code into the page you wish to have the chat on. Best to
   do it in the Appearance > Editor menu by selecting the proper .php file representing
   the required page.
 * We’ll try to add a page selection feature for the plugin in the future, thanks!
   🙂
