 * Here is a quote from the support page at WPMU.
 * “Create a secondary admin account for the admin taking over the site, which will
   limit their access to the WPMU DEV dashboard, but will still allow them to update
   their plugins/themes from us via the WordPress update system.
 * Your account is the only one that can access the WPMU DEV dash unless you specifically
   grant access to another user”.
 * Otherwise, you could assign rights to the individual user.
