We’re using Nexcess Edge CDN and had an issue where all users were blocked by the firewall under the IP 18.97.9.96 just for one page. After plugin updates and flushing caches, the issue resolved. I tried turning off all plugins but AST, Sequential Order Numbers, and Woo. I changed my theme from Astra to Twenty Seventeen. I also tried with Woocommerce versions 3.9.2 & 4.0.1.
