 * I checked the database, it has some content, but is definitely missing some stuff.
   I’ve been trying to get answers online but haven’t been able to find any definitive
   answer yet.

 * Thanks lifeinthegrid and sorry for not looking at the FAQs before. I executed
   the sql command that was given but in my database there was no row with option_name
   = ‘siteurl’ so nothing was changed. I also tried adding the line to my config.
   php file and repairing the DB but still no luck.
