 * I have a similar problem for my client’s websites. They use GoDaddy as well.

   None of the images load on the website or in the media library, but they load
   when I edit them.
 * Right now the only workaround I have found was to import a backup of their website
   on my test website on Siteground.

 * Hi [@mayurahuja](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mayurahuja/),
    I have the
   same problem for one of my client’s sites. They also use an older version of
   web hosting on GoDaddy. Would you mind sharing what their support team did for
   you? I contacted their support and no one could help me with the same issue.
 * Right now the only workaround I have found is importing a backup of their site
   on my web host. All the images are fine there.

 * Hi,
    I started having problems with this since WP version 4.2 I found a work
   around by forcing it with a shortcode like this: `[wp-tiles id="812,1052,1182,73,1184,1186,917"
   grid="AAAB|CDEF|GGGG" small_screen_grid="Sidebar blog" breakpoint="700" padding
   ="3"]`
 * It worked fine until I updated to version 4.2.4
    Now it adopts the correct grid
   but the by-line content appears to only disappear one second later.
 * I have tried customizing the font size of the byline content and played around
   with the byline height (%), but nothing works.
 * Hope this helps for you … I’m still a bit stuck.
 * Love the plugin though.
