 * We updated to v4.0.5 and was able to turn off the Author Box on some pages. That
   said, refreshing the Settings page still shows the “Pages” option as “on”. And
   now, if we want to actually turn it on, we’re unable to.
 * Also, on Post pages, they are not acting similarly. Both Posts have the Authorship
   Box settings set to Default, but one will show the Authors Box and one will not.

 * After upgrading to v4.0.4, we are also unable to turnoff the insertion of author
   box on Pages. We try to toggle off the “Pages” in Settings, then click Save, 
   but when we go back, it shows Pages as “on” again.
