We will get back to you soon on this. * Meanwhile, can you try the following: 1. Edit the funnel 2. Go to the configure drawer for the checkout step 3. Go to the Edit fields tab 4. Here, in the Shipping fields tab, disable all fields. 5. Then save changes. * Now, check if the checkout page asks for the shipping address. This will auto- update the basic plugin. For the pro, you should get the option to update on click. * About the support, we did not create any user portal for support.
