However, how many can be sent per hour will depend on your server and website resources. This means the buttons do appear, but for some reason, they are not appearing in the right place. * Can you edit the page and try placing the Next Step Buttons in the right place again? * Once you place them, update the page, clear browser cache, and then check if they are in the right place when you view the page. Normally you get a drop- down to select the country. * For any physical products, you need to use the default address fields for it to work. The Shipping options are tied to that field. * I believe this is the reason the shipping options are not appearing. Please go to the Field Editor and enable the default field for Country/State and use it instead of the one you have used. * Let me know if it solves your issue. * Thanks.
